Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order 1 or 1,000.

Can I mix products in one order?

Yes, each product is ordered separately, no bundle requirement.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Each item is priced individually. No minimums means you only pay for what you need.

How do I place an order?

Browse the catalog at /products, upload your logo on any product page, customize placement and size, then check out.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. Your customization is saved. Just reorder when you're ready.

What logo file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPG, and SVG. PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.

Can I preview my logo before ordering?

Yes — every product page has a live design tool. Upload your logo, adjust placement and size, and see exactly how it looks before you buy.

What if my logo has a complex background?

Upload a PNG with a transparent background for best results. If you only have a JPG, the tool will still render it — but a clean PNG is ideal.

Can I add text to my merch?

Yes, the design tool supports text overlay.

What resolution should my logo be?

At least 300 DPI for print quality. Higher is better.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship in 5-10 business days within the US and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US and Canada only.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?

What materials are the products made from?

We use print-on-demand suppliers with high-quality materials. Each product page has material details.

Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen?

Colors may vary slightly between screens and print. We aim for the closest match to your logo colors.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Because all products are custom-printed to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How durable is the print?

Our prints are designed to last through regular washing and use. Follow the care instructions on the garment label.
